At Tailoo, we are committed to providing high-quality pet wellness products. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Due to the nature of pet food, supplements, and consumable products, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The product received is incorrect.

  • The product received is expired or defective.

  • The package is significantly damaged upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales unless received damaged

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund timelines:

  • UPI/Wallets: 2–5 business days

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days

  • Net Banking: 5–10 business days

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacements

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused at delivery or repeatedly remains undeliverable due to incorrect address information, shipping charges and return logistics costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
